What is the minimum quantity?
The minimum quantity for custom orders is 100 pins.
Do you provide design?
Yes! We provide 100% free design with unlimited revisions until you’re completely satisfied with the look of your design.
What is the turnaround time?
Typical turnaround is 2-3 weeks, however we do offer rush orders depending on the specifics of your order.
What materials are your pins made of?
We only manufacture pins made of metal. These metals include steel, brass, copper, zinc.
Do I have to have my own design?
Absolutely not! That’s what we’re here for. Our designers will create a design based on your ideas. We can also work from your design should you have one.
Can I mix and match backings?
Yes, you can combine any number of different backings inside of your order. For example, if you order 100 pins, you can have 75 pins with a metal clutch, and 25 pins with a magnet backing.
What if I need more than one design?
We specialize in orders with multiple designs, including years of service, award pins, etc. We can split orders between multiple designs as needed. Pricing may vary depending on the specifics of your order. Varying color schemes/platings are also very common. For example, if you order 100 pins, you could have 60 pins in gold, and 40 pins in silver.
